How long will it take to receive my order?
Femme Factor products are shipped via USPS First-Class Mail the day after you order and should arrive within 2 to 5 business days.

Can I select expedited shipping?
Unfortunately, no. At this time, we only ship via USPS First-Class Mail.

Can you ship to P.O. Boxes?
Yes, we ship to P.O. boxes.

Return FAQs

What is your return policy?
Our VIP Membership Program does not obligate you to purchase our product. If you cancel your free trial before 18 days have passed, you will not be shipped any additional Femme Factor products, nor billed any additional charges. After the 18-day free-trial period, if you wish to receive a refund for your purchase, you must send back any unused bottles within 30 days of the date the product was shipped to you. A full refund will be provided once the return is processed.

How and where do I send my return?
To obtain your refund in the United States and Canada, call us at 1-877-516-8833 Mon-Fri: 9am - 9pm Eastern Time (US) and Sat: 12pm - 5pm Eastern Time (US). Customers in Australia, please call us at 1800-197-657. Our customer service team will give you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return shipping instructions. Please note that shipping and handling charges, including return shipping charges, are non-refundable.

Do you provide a money-back guarantee?
Yes, we provide a 30-day money-back guarantee. This means that we offer a complete refund (less shipping and handling) for any unused, returned product postmarked within 30 days of the date the product was shipped to you.

What is your cancellation policy?
You can cancel your VIP Membership at any time, for any reason. You are not obligated to receive future shipments, nor will you be charged again in the future.

What if I’m not satisfied with Femme Factor products?
Unlike most businesses, Femme Factor covers you for a full 30 days, starting from the date the product was shipped to you. If you’re not 100% satisfied with your results, simply obtain an RMA number from our customer service department and send us back your unused bottle(s) for a full refund. Please note that shipping and handling charges, including return shipping charges, are non-refundable.

How fast will Femme Factor products work for me?
Each supplement takes a different amount of time to start working and start delivering results. Body Fit, for example, begins working quickly. Can I take Femme Factor products with other medication, or if I am pregnant or nursing?
